Q. What is Holistic Therapy?

A. Holistic therapy views the client as a whole, rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms. It encompasses the Mental, Emotional, Physical & Spiritual aspects of well-being, aiming to achieve balance within the entire system. This approach contrasts sharply with conventional medicine, which tends to emphasize the diagnosis and treatment of specific symptoms primarily through medication and surgical interventions.

Q. What is Holistic Health?

A. The four pillars of holistic health form the essential foundation for complete well-being. Each pillar uniquely supports a balanced, fulfilling life. Together, they create a harmonious path to true wellness, uniting Spirit, Mind & Body.

Q. What is Energy?

A. Energy is the ability to make things happen. It’s what lets things move, change, or grow. For example, energy helps you run, a light bulb shine, and plants grow. Energy can be stored, like in food, or it can be active, like when you’re moving. Everything around us, from the tiniest atoms to the biggest stars, is powered by energy. Simply put, energy is the force that makes everything work.

Energy exists in two primary forms: potential energy, which is stored and inactive, and kinetic energy, the active energy of motion. From a holistic therapy perspective, potential energy often represents stagnant or detrimental energy like negative emotions that drain our vitality, while kinetic energy is the free-flowing, life-giving force that enhances our well-being. A holistic therapist works to identify and clear any harmful & detrimental energies, creating space for the uplifting, vibrant energy that supports health, happiness, and well being.
